Hotel Bentley is nestled in the upscale area of Marine Drive in South Mumbai, boasting a prime location that's hard to beat. Booking through Agoda provided exceptional value for money during our stay. The rooms, especially the deluxe ones, are remarkably neat and spacious, offering a generous 211 square feet. The staff were delightful - friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived, even facilitating an early check-in for one of our booked rooms. Situated on the residential property's 3rd floor, the deluxe rooms impressed us with their cleanliness and ample space. However, it's worth noting that standard rooms might be smaller in size, and the sea-facing suites offer only a partial view of the sea. The small society lift occasionally experienced hiccups, but the staff were readily available to assist with luggage, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Although the hotel lacks an in-house dining area, they make up for it with minimal yet efficient room service. We opted for their coffee and tea service, which met our expectations. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to Marine Drive and its adjacent restaurants and eateries is a standout feature. For a delightful experience, I highly recommend trying Pizza by the Bay for its fantastic view and delectable food. In summary, Hotel Bentley stands out as a perfectly located gem offering great value for money. The combination of its location, neat rooms, accommodating staff, and easy access to nearby attractions and dining options makes it a top recommendation for a fulfilling stay in South Mumbai.

We had stayed at Bentley hotel, Churchgate for 3 days and it was excellent. The hotel is located just opposite of the famous Marine Drive. It is in the 3rd floor of an apartment building and elevator is available. The room was spacious and tidy and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast is available but the menu is fixed. No restaurant in the hotel. So one has to go out for lunch and dinner. But it won't be a problem as there are many good restaurants nearby. The staff were very cordial and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I stayed with my family here for two nights. The hotel is centrally placed along the marine drive many major tourist destinations be it the gateway of India, crawford market are at stones' throw. The hospitality of th staff is absolutely brilliant. The breakfast is good. Had a lovely stay at the place. Its 10/10. Nasheem Amin,Mangaldoi,ASSAM.

The good: Amazing staff, very nice to me as a foreigner. They helped with all the bags etc. Thanks Gunesh from Nepal and the others. The rooms were good for the price. This hotel is run by a group of senior men, so it very obvious the high discipline they have in taking care of their hotel. I noticed the guest were mostly Indian business people. The breakfast was super simple, served in-room. For such a small hotel, it was surprising how many staff were available 24/24, well done. There is a lift to go on the 3rd Floor. The hotel is situated on Marine Drive, which means fresh air, and less noise pollution. No shops nearby, need to walk 10mins to reach anything. Taxis always available in front of the hotel or on the main road. Cross the road and you are on marine drive, which means all night long you can get chaii and massages. Beware, the police vacates marine drive at 1am. The Bad: The only reason I am not giving the hotel a score of 5 is because of the building. The hotel is situated in an old residential building. The building is badly maintained, in fact, there is a big warning notice on the gate which says to be careful of falling bricks. At first I felt scared, but then I noticed the other tenants of the building are rich important-looking Indians who drive Mercedes'es. So I am not sure why they are not caring of their residential building. Honestly I was wary of the building integrity - like it could collapse anytime! Secondly, they badly need to soundproof the room doors, I could hear everything at 7am!

The location of this hotel is superb. The staffs and security guard are very helpful and polite. We stayed here for one night and everything was perfect. The complimentary breakfast was very well served. They also have two separate machine for foot and back massage. Really enjoyed our stay in Mumbai. thank you.
